XL Beef Wellington

Be the star at your next holiday dinner with this full-size beef Wellington.  We’re talkin’ 32oz of mouthwatering chateaubriand filet mignon wrapped in our famous puff pastry complete with all the fixins’ that will easily feed 4-6 of your closest family and friends.

Each order comes complimentary with a welly thermometer to make sure you cook your welly to the perfect temp.  (while supplies last)

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Thaw items in the fridge overnight
   
2. Pre-heat oven 400°F
3. Place thawed welly on a well-oiled baking sheet
4. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 125°F.
5. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes until internal temp reads 135°F (medium Rare)
6. Slice Into the desired size using a serrated knife and ENJOY!
